How it works
C2B (Customer-to-Business) occurs when a customer manually enters your Paybill or Till number into their M-Pesa menu. KiPay captures these payments and notifies your system via webhooks.
Registration
Before you can receive C2B notifications, you must register your shortcode and callback URLs in the KiPay dashboard. KiPay provides a unified callback endpoint that handles validation and confirmation automatically.
